Refund & cancellation policy

Subscriptions (client tools)

• Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Unused time: we don't refund the unused part of a billing period, except in the cases below.
• We will refund in full if you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling in time, when you contact us within 30 days of the charge.
• If the Tools were unavailable for an extended period because of a problem on our side, we will refund or credit the affected time.

Card payments

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Your bank typically shows them within 5 to 10 business days.

Crypto payments

Crypto payments are final once confirmed. Where we owe you a refund, we send it in the same coin to a wallet address you give us, for the US-dollar amount refunded at the exchange rate when we process it, less network fees. We can't recover payments sent to the wrong address or network.

Consulting engagements

Fees and refunds for investigation and research engagements are set out in the written scope or agreement for that engagement.

How to ask

Email contact@osintfirm.com from your account email with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 1 business day. Please contact us before filing a card dispute so we can fix the problem quickly.
